High-Quality Iranian Kaolin (K1 & K2 Grades)
Our kaolin, sourced from the renowned mines, is a high-quality siliceous kaolin (kaolin-quartz blend) characterized by its excellent low iron content, contributing to good whiteness in final applications. While naturally containing a significant amount of quartz (SiO2), these grades offer valuable properties for specific industrial uses. We also provide custom granulation to meet your precise particle size requirements.
Grade K1
K1 Kaolin: Excellent Whiteness, Low Iron
K1 is a siliceous kaolin distinguished by its exceptionally low iron oxide (Fe2O3) content, resulting in excellent whiteness potential. Its composition makes it suitable for ceramic applications where low iron is critical and the presence of silica is acceptable or beneficial.
Typical Applications: Ceramic bodies (tiles, general whiteware), certain refractory applications, potential filler applications where whiteness is key.
Grade K2
K2 Kaolin: Versatile Siliceous Grade
K2 offers a balance of properties suitable for various industrial uses. While containing higher iron oxide than K1, it remains a valuable siliceous kaolin for applications where extreme whiteness is not the primary requirement but the combination of kaolinite and quartz is beneficial.
Typical Applications: Ceramic bodies (tiles), fillers, certain construction materials.
Silica (High-Purity Quartz)
Complementing our kaolin range, Kaolin.om supplies high-purity silica (SiO2), primarily composed of quartz. Sourced from select Iranian deposits, our silica offers exceptional chemical purity, making it ideal for industries requiring high silica content and controlled impurity levels.
Grade SA Silica
SA Silica: Exceptional Purity, Ultra-Low Iron
SA Silica boasts an extremely high SiO2 content (over 98.5%) and remarkably low iron oxide (Fe2O3 at ~0.02%). This makes it the perfect choice for applications where colorlessness and chemical purity are absolutely critical.
Typical Applications: High-quality glass manufacturing (float glass, container glass), white cement production, specialized ceramics, foundry sand, potentially solar panel components.
Grade SB Silica
SB Silica: High Purity for General Applications
SB Silica also offers very high SiO2 content (over 98.5%) with controlled levels of other oxides. While the iron content is higher than grade SA, it remains suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where ultra-low iron is not the primary constraint.
Typical Applications: General ceramics, construction materials, fillers, abrasives, filtration media.

High-Grade Iron Ore Fine
This product has a confirmed total iron (Fe) content of approximately 62.45% and low silica (SiO₂) content of around 5.64%. It is primarily composed of fine particles, with 99.9% passing through a 9.5mm mesh.

Standard-Grade Iron Ore Fine

Iron Pellets
Iron Pellets are a key processed feedstock used in modern steelmaking, prized for their uniform size and chemical composition. Produced from fine iron ore concentrate, these hardened spheres provide significant advantages in blast furnace and Direct Reduction (DR) plant operations, including improved furnace permeability, consistent melting behaviour, and high metallization rates.

Product Grades & Specifications
We understand that different metallurgical processes require specific chemical compositions. We can provide chrome ore with various analyses to meet your exact technical needs. Our primary available grades, as verified by SGS inspection, include:
- Fetr Lumpy Grade: A high-quality ore featuring approximately 44.07% Cr2O3 with an excellent Cr/Fe ratio of 3.24.
- Abshar Lumpy Grade: A versatile ore with approximately 38.91% Cr2O3 and a Cr/Fe ratio of 2.72.
Both grades are lumpy, with particle sizes primarily ranging from 10mm to 300mm. A detailed chemical analysis, including levels for MgO, Al2O3, and SiO2, is available on the technical data sheet.
